Excellent place in Panama City / 5 of 5

Very nice place and a great sense of security, which we appreciated a lot as we have been already robbed in Panama a week before. It was as listed, no surprises. Well located in Panama City (having a car available), close to the center of town but far enough to be quiet and with beautiful views.

Beautiful condo and very nice resort. Comfortable and with everything you need for a vacation rental. Very good the air conditioning system (thanks, as it is really hot there) and very nice the balcony. Everything was fine with Chris, the owner, and specially with Graciela, the person in charge there in Panama, that was very nice and helpful.

Golf, Rest & Relaxation! / 5 of 5

This is a lovely condo, with a view that is absolutely incredible! I was here for a month and loved it. The facility is very, very quiet and peaceful, on weekends it pickups up only a little. Graciela, the contact person, was super responsive, always available via phone or email, and quite helpful. The owner was easy as pie to deal with, I've never had a rental transaction be so uncomplicated. The golf was wonderful! The staff at the golf course all made me feel welcome and it is a good and well thought out course!

Now some downsides of the condo: since I spent most of my time on the very spacious balcony, (reading a history of the canal while watching it!) including a daily long yoga session, it REALLY NEEDS A NEW PATIO SET! Forget the umbrella which is not usable in the wind, something new and not rusty. The walls need painting or at least some touch up work. A few larger pictures would add so much as there is no interest in terms of the walls. Just a bit more interest in the decor, the structure of the condo itself (granite, etc.) is lovely.

All in all though, it is a wonderful place with a superb view plus a golf course!!! I would not hesitate to rent again or to recommend it.

Complete Relaxation... / 5 of 5

We arrived in Panama with an unexpected disability....my hip arthritis had flared up. No problem at this wonderfully located condo. Away from the crowd, not many steps, and we had our rental car at the ready. ( Note that a wheelchair would not have worked.) There was an ice pack in the fridge to help with inflammation after a day out. The ice maker was ever-ready to help produce rum and cokes. One suitcase lost by the airline, and the security at the gate held it for us when it finally arrived. They also made several attempts to call the lost luggage department on our behalf (remember it was Christmas!) Very nice and friendly guys. You would need some Spanish to talk to them, or just call Graciela.

Westland Mall not far away (the opposite direction from the city) to buy a new wardrobe while awaiting the lost luggage. Note: the highway is divided for miles and miles by a cement wall....takes some thought to turn around! Yes the city is a little chaotic and I recommend a GPS....there is software available if you search online.

Wifi was great and the grounds beautiful to walk, drive, or cart. The Restaurant Horoko and the Spa seemed be closed anytime we checked....perhaps Christmas season, More specific info about hours for Horoko and the spa would have been nice, unless we just missed it.

One of the marks of a great place is how it handles the unexpected traveller pitfalls. (Yes, in Canada we spell traveller with two Ls) This place succeeded on all counts. Most appreciated was Graciela waiting for us as we were late, later, later....trying to report and locate the lost luggage.

The golf deal would have been amazing, had we ever gotten there, but we did eat at the
cafe once. Great place Chris! Hope to come back for golf one day, but DANG those shoes are big!
